• Customers must show the claimed voucher to the merchant via DM, in-app message, or screenshot for verification.
• Orders will only be processed after voucher verification.
• Unverified vouchers may be rejected.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and unused value will not be refunded.

For Home-Based Businesses (HBB)

• Voucher is not redeemable for cash, credit, or refund.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred for commercial purposes.
• Any unused value will not be refunded.
• Unverified vouchers may be rejected..
• Merchants may apply their own house rules.
